Operational Safety Audit Service
Commercial diving operations are a highly regulated activity and rightly so. There are a raft of commercial diving approved codes of practice (ACOP) that provide guidance for the interpretation of the Diving at Work Regulations 1997.
Commercial diving operators must also have extensive procedures (often termed arrangements) for how they carry out their operations safely. But can you be sure that procedure equals practice?
Our experience tells us that procedures themselves don’t keep people safe; the best management system in the world comes to nothing if it isn’t diligently adhered to. It’s about operators doing what they say the do.

Our representative will work in your interests ensuring that no corners are cut and that the contractor is held to account in terms of safety, quality and time spent on the job.
Being experts in their field, our Client Representatives are able to liaise knowledgably between the contractor and client ensuring that problems are solved effectively and cost efficiently.
Our Client Representatives come from a variety of backgrounds including offshore oil & gas, wind energy and underwater civil engineering. Having actually undertaken many of the jobs that they will be overseeing, they can provide realistic commentary on how a job is progressing and where improvements can be made if necessary.
